• Rate Research & Quotations (outside existing Service Contracts)
• Booking and/or Rebooking of Cargo with the Ocean Carrier (if required)
• Weekly Submittal of Advance Sailing Schedules
• Preparation of Ocean Bill of Lading
• Electronic Interface, e.g. Processing, Designing, Submittal and Availability of Data that includes, but is not limited to:
  1. Booking Modification Advice
  2. Ocean Bill of Lading Master and/or Internally Prepared Original
  3. On-Board Confirmation (including fax copies to Consignee)
  4. Export Declaration (transmitted directly to U.S. Customs and U.S. Dept. of Commerce)
• Preparation of Certificate of Origin (when required)
• Preparation/Presentation of all Banking Documents (as required)
• Preparation and Authentication of a variety of required Certificates
• Marine Insurance Placement for “All Risks,” “FPA” or “W/A” coverage (port-to-port, door-to-door, etc.), rates quoted per ISI Open Policy
• Specialized “Ship-Back” Coverage for Hay/Forage/Animal Feed Shippers
• Collation and Dispatch of Documentation for Domestic & Overseas Parties (per instructions)
